View plans & pricingWhen I moved to Finland in late 2023, I enrolled in the cleaning and property maintenance programme at TAKK in Tampere. Between coursework and a part-time job, I quickly found myself in a familiar trap — too busy to properly take care of my own apartment.
For someone who genuinely values a clean, organised home, it was mentally draining. I kept thinking: I can't be the only one dealing with this.
So I started asking around. Busy professionals, working families with young kids, dual-income households — the same story came up again and again. People wanted help, but the options weren't great. Most cleaning companies in the Tampere area treat home cleaning as a secondary service. Their real focus is large commercial contracts.
I saw a gap that mattered. Not just a business opportunity — a real, everyday problem that deserved a proper solution. That's how Frosh started.

I'm a cleaning and property maintenance professional, trained at TAKK in Tampere. Before starting Frosh, I worked in the industry from the ground up — not from a desk, but with the equipment in hand. That perspective shapes everything about how this company operates: how we train, how we treat our team, and how we deliver the service.
I started Frosh because I believe everyone deserves a clean home without the stress of maintaining it alone. And I believe the people who provide that service deserve to work in fair, professional conditions.
